I began my journey in the kitchen, mastering the art of bread, viennoiserie, and cake before transitioning into the role of Business Development. In this position, I led a cross-functional team of 17 kitchen employees and 30 storefront clerks, ensuring the brand's product quality was maintained throughout its expansion. I also collaborated with various teams—strategy, creative, interior design, central kitchen, external vendors, and marketing—to ensure consistency across the brand's menu offerings and overall customer experience. This role allowed me to leverage my leadership skills and creativity while overseeing significant operational and brand development.
