Daytona Restaurant Group is a Bangkok-based food service firm specializing in innovative food delivery concepts. Our portfolio includes LUIFIRE, a steak delivery service; Seua Phad, offering beef stir-fry rice bowls; and Tossakan Thai Curry, inspired by Khaosan Road’s vibrant curry scene.

As a restaurant consultant, my role involved establishing a central kitchen to streamline operations for LUIFIRE’s eight branches. I oversaw kitchen planning, food quality, hygiene, and delivery efficiency. I also improved workflows for Tossakan Thai Curry and the upcoming Isan restaurant, Dongdong, by advising on equipment and space management.

Through these efforts, we successfully reduced production salaries by 24% and food costs by 10%, with positive feedback from the operations team.
