As a culinary consultant for The Sanchaya, I worked closely with the team to elevate and refine the dining experience at Tasanee Grill, the resort's premier Thai street food restaurant. My role involved:
Menu Development: Curating a seasonal menu that blends authentic Thai street food flavors with the luxury ambiance of The Sanchaya. Each dish is crafted to balance tradition with the resort’s high-end expectations, tailored to an international audience.
Staff Training: Conducting hands-on training with the kitchen team, ensuring precise execution of recipes and maintaining consistency in quality. Special focus was placed on upskilling staff to handle both traditional and modern Thai culinary techniques.
Recipe Creation & Adjustments: Crafting signature dishes that highlight local ingredients while preserving the essence of Thai cuisine. Continuous recipe adjustments were made to cater to guest preferences and ensure consistency.
Guest Experience: Enhancing the overall dining experience with unique serving styles and interactive elements, ensuring that every meal feels personalized and memorable for the guests.
