MENU CONSULT 2024

I had the opportunity to consult for Public House, a boutique hotel located in Sukhumvit 31. My role involved developing a series of Thai dishes for their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus to accompany their Western cuisine, creating a well-balanced, diverse dining experience for guests. I worked closely with the kitchen team, training them to master each recipe I created, ensuring that the flavors and presentation met my standards. Through this project, I helped elevate the hotel’s culinary offerings while maintaining a high level of consistency and quality across all meals.
